Annual General Assembly
YOUTHPLUS is governed by an Annual General Assembly which is the supreme body within the governance structure of the organisation. YOUTHPLUS hosts an Annual General Meeting (AGM) every year that brings members together to discuss and make decisions in the governance and management of the organisation. In an election year, the AGM elects new members to the Board/ Executive Committee. The organisation is guided by the constitution and memorandum and articles of association.

YOUTHPLUS has a Board of Directors which plays a crucial role in setting YPPN’s strategic direction, policies and designing of programs. The BoD is elected every after three years at the Annual General Meeting of the members of the organisation.
Secretariat
Youthplus has a secretariat team led by the Executive Director (ED) that implements the day-to-day activities of the organisation. Our secretariat is hosted at the offices of Youth Plus Policy Network where all documentation is kept and is the designated workplace for all staff and volunteers of the organisation.
