Leadership and Governance

Youth Plus Policy Network Uganda is committed to accountable, inclusive and community-led development. Our governance framework provides strategic direction, fiduciary oversight and institutional accountability while enabling the Secretariat to deliver programmes effectively.

Our Governance Structure

The governance framework separates oversight from day-to-day management. The Board of Directors provides strategic leadership, policy direction and fiduciary oversight. The Executive Director leads the Secretariat and is responsible for operational leadership and programme implementation.

Board of Directors

The Board brings together experience in governance, institutional leadership, climate resilience, education, public health, youth leadership and community development.
